Inside
The living and dining area is on the ground floor – an open interior with the special charm of modern design. The open space and the covered terrace are the main attractions in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your vacation: cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, coffee machine, dishwasher. A laundry washing machine is in the bathroom.
On the ground floor there is also one air conditioned bedroom with a bathroom, with direct access to the garden pool area.
On the upper floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One offers the view to the green valley and woods, the other to the green flat roof full of mediterranean herbs. Both bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, which invite you to take a nap during the day or to daydream while reading your favourite book, listening to music or the like.
We have a lockable storage room for your bicycles or other items.
Outside
The south-facing orientation of the house creates maximum sunlight throughout the day, while the traditional stone wall keeps the house cool in summer. If it does get too hot, the large pool in the garden invites you to cool off (10x3m).
The open garden acts as the central point of the house, which you will enjoy both during the day and in the evenings. Sun loungers and hammocks are perfect companions for a cozy afternoon.
A designer fire and BBQ bowl is available if you wish to enjoy a romantic meal before sunset which you can enjoy just walking down 10 mins to the beach in Santa Marina.
Minimum stay is 4 nights (7 from June-August or less when there is a gap to fill).
